Synopsis:

A new life awaits 22-year-old Tess when she arrives friendless in New York City and lacking any specific ambitions beyond finding a job. Her charm and observational nature lead to an invitation to train at one of the city's best restaurants.

Intentions:

Removes most/all the romance side-plots, and most of the side plots that revolve around single characters outside the restaurant. This isn't a very structured overarching plot - it's just a good vibes slice of life story about a girl working her way up at a restaurant.
