The original series cuts between past and present, the past story showing how the parents got their power, and the present showing them interacting with their kids and a younger generation of superheroes. These have completely different vibes, so this edit splits the past and present into two separate episodes with chronological storylines, with small trims for quality, to remove plot holes, and to make some of the younger characters less annoying and bratty.
