Synopsis:

Episode V: The Overclock Edition' is a thrash metal variation on the original John Williams themes for The Empire Strikes Back. This edit has been created to function as a suite of music videos for the new music. The story has been re-organized by location in order to flow more with the musical themes. Opening/Main Title Theme Act I - Hoth Act II - Asteroid Field Act III - Bespin Act IV - Dagobah Act V - The Duel Credits/Main Title Theme.

Intentions:

Why not?

Change List:

1 - Use every frame with Vader. 2 - Use every frame with vehicles/spaceships. 3 - Avoid showing heroes unless necessary. 4 - Avoid showing the actors speaking, Vader doesn't count because you can't really see his mouth. 5 - Re-order by location to avoid jumping back and forth, which would interrupt the musical flow. 6 - Generally presented from more of a Vader-centric point of view, while those pesky rebels keep escaping!

Additional Notes:

Other Sources:

New arrangements and recordings of all the music. About a minute of studio b-roll included in the credits.
