Additional Notes:
Other than your standard "extended edition" approach of adding back footage, I also defaulted to an alternate take in one instance. For this presentation, I kept the theatrical footage at 2.35:1 since several deleted scenes were also available in the same format - albeit in standard definition non-anamorphic format. 1.33:1 footage is used when no widescreen alternative was available. This footage is currently very rare and are sourced from VHS. I spent a great deal of time trying to improve this VHS footage, including cleanup and using Topaz AI to give it just a little extra perceived detail. The CIC VHS release is in Portuguese and has been subtitled when no English audio is available.
