Intentions:
Every time I watch Red Rock West I get vibes of Twin Peaks. And Red Rock West has three actors who has worked with David Lynch in the past Nicolas Cage in "Wild at heart", Dennis Hopper in "Blue Velvet" and Lara Flynn Boyle in Twin Peaks. So I just wanted to connect this film into the world that Mark Frost and David Lynch created with Twin Peaks. And to add some classic tunes of Angelo Badalamenti.
