Synopsis:
A straightforward edit that does no more than cut up "The Irishman" at key places, transforming it into a 4-part miniseries. - Pennsylvania, 1956. Frank Sheeran, a war veteran of Irish origin who works as a truck driver, accidentally meets mobster Russell Bufalino. Once Frank becomes his trusted man, Bufalino sends him to Chicago with the task of helping Jimmy Hoffa, a powerful union leader related to organized crime, with whom Frank will maintain a close friendship for nearly twenty years.
Intentions:
There's no denying that The Irishman is a long film. While I'm of the opinion that watching it all in one sitting is the ideal viewing experience, it's easy to recognize that not everyone has the time, or attention span, to do that. Cutting The Irishman into a well-timed, four-part miniseries, however, allows for the film to be enjoyed in perhaps the second most optimal method. My edit, I Heard You Paint Houses, aims to do just that.

Additional Notes:
This is a very uncreative endeavor. All I did was find the places to cut beginnings/endings, and do some minor technical stuff to make it 'flow'.
