Synopsis:

The Bionic Woman must stop the maniacal supercomputer ALEX 7000 from detonating a secret weapon that will end all life on Earth!

Intentions:

This two part episode is pretty much perfect in its original form. I have added the classic protest song "Eve of Destruction" by Barry McGuire to three scenes to try to add another/different layer of drama. This idea was directly inspired by one of my favorite tv shows as a teen, The Greatest American Hero. They did an episode called "Operation Spoilsport" that still resonates with me to this very day. It is a similar story to this classic Bionic Woman two parter -- a malfunctioning computer threatening to destroy the world. The key element that made this GAH episode so memorable and powerful was the use of the song "Eve Of Destruction" as a storytelling tool. I wanted to see if I could recapture some of that heighten emotional drama by using the same song in this edit.
