Synopsis:

When the dream ends, the real nightmare begins... David Torres (Mark Fischbach) has spent most of his life suffering from vivid dreams of a monstorous creature and a mythic cult. As an adult, he realizes that the dreams he's been having are a warning of things to come, which becomes apparent when people start mysteriously dying in their sleep. David and his friends must find an island, only seen in his dreams, which may give them the chance to end the nightmare, and keep the world from falling off The Edge of Sleep.

Intentions:

Based on the podcast series of the same name, this edit takes the 6-episode series and seamlessly changes it into a brisk 1h45, while also trimming some aspects that felt distant from the podast, to deliver a simple, enjoyable horror thriller.
