Synopsis:

Hello all, I have been working on a 3-Part Miniseries containing all 9 films in the Skywalker saga. I have broken it up into 3 parts, one part for each trilogy of films. Part 1: The Rise of Vader (Containing the Prequel Trilogy) Part 2: Fall of the Empire (Containing the Original Trilogy) Part 3: New World Order (Containing the Sequel Trilogy) A while back I released a 4 hour film edit combining all 3 films in the Prequel Trilogy into one long movie. I got some feedback that some people have no interest in an edit that long and would rather watch a TV-Style edit. This Miniseries is my way of giving those who would like to watch my edit (but don't want to sit through 4 hours) the ability to see what I have created in a different way. The episodes are broken up like so...

Intentions:

The Phantom Menace, takes place in episode One. Attack of the Clones takes place over episodes Two & Three. ?Revenge of the Sith takes place over episodes Four & Five. EPISODE BREAKDOWN 01x01 - "He Is The Chosen One" - ( Approx. 50 Minutes ) 01x02 - "It Was A Bounty Hunter Called..." - ( Approx. 44 Minutes ) 01x03 - "I Call It Aggressive Negotiations" - ( Approx. 49 Minutes ) 01x04 - "A Prophecy That Misread, Could Have Been" - ( Approx. 54 Minutes ) ?01x05 - "Henceforth You Shall Be Known As..." - ( Approx. 55 Minutes ) Total Runtime: Approx. 252 Minutes FILE INFORMATION Video: 1080p (H.264) Audio: English (AAC 5.1 Surround)

Change List:

EDITS [Smaller edits may be done as well that are not part of this list of bigger edits.] Episode One An opening crawl setting the picture for the of the galaxy before the episode begins. The show begins with Padme being saved by the Jedi on Naboo, everything before that is cut. The ship fight escape from Naboo is cut. They simply get on the ship, leave, and then land on Tatooine. JarJar is not deleted entirely but he has very few lines. Only the lines that could not be seamlessly cut out are still included. In general he is considered a background character. The pod race is included but trimmed down a bit. Any mention of midi-chlorians is cut. I get it, some like it, some don't. I'm not changing cannon here, I simply took out them being mentioned. Everything with the Gungans is gone. No trip to Gungan city and no Gungan meeting with Padme. Dual of the Fates is the only real fight at the end. The Gungan battle and Padme and her company fighting through the building is gone. Padme is still clearly fighting with her company but after they leave the Jedi they are not seen again. Anakin flying in the ship is gone along with all of the fighting in the ships above Naboo. The final celebration parade is cut, the episode ends at Qui-Gon's funeral. Episode Two A new "10 Years Later" graphic has been added. ?The scene showing that Anakin and Obi Wan have been away for a while is gone. There is no scene with them reconnecting with Padme. It is said later that they have not seen each other for a long time so it was an unnecessary repeat of information we will already get. The vehicle chase through the city is cut down. Greater emphasis is put on Obi-Wan's journey to find Kamino and then what he does on Kamino. The Anakin and Padme storyline is trimmed. It is not cut completely. They are still shown to be falling in love but some of the less well written scenes have been cut. The episode ends as Anakin leaves to look for his mother. Episode Three Anakin killing the sand people is still included but the aftermath is cut down. I liked the idea of him not talking about what he went through and the anger just building rather than him having that outburst to Padme like he does in the theatrical edition. It seemed to fit better in his descent leading into the third movie. The droid factory sequences are edited down along with any trace of R2 or C3PO being there. Anakin and Padme simply leave them on the ship. All of the C3PO head getting put on a droid scenes are gone. They are not in the droid factory and they are not shown during the battle in the arena. The episode ends after Padme and Anakin are married. Episode Four A new "3 Years Later" graphic has been added. Some of the Grevious ship scenes are cut out or trimmed to make it flow better. A few scenes are rearranged in the third movie to make the flow better. The episode ends after Anakin informs Mace Windu that Palpatine is a Sith and Mace flies off to face Palpatine. Episode Five The Yoda and Palpatine fight now takes place before the Anakin and Obi-Wan fight. They are no longer stitched together. The fight between the Obi-Wan and Anakin is edited to now be one long sequence. The episode ends with Vader and Palpatine watching the Death Star be built.?
