Synopsis:

In 1984, a terminator was sent from Skynet to kill Sarah Connor, who would give birth to the leader of the opposition. In 1991, Skynet sent a new terminator. A T-1000 unit designed to kill John himself. And it is up to a reprogrammed T-800 unit, as well as Sarah Connor, to stop the T-1000 from succeeding in its mission.

Intentions:

The intent was to create a compromise version between the two official cuts of the film, at least, here in the United States. I felt like the 137-minute theatrical cut was missing some important scenes and moments. But I also felt like the 154-minute special edition was too long and had a few too many pointless additions. This edit is clocked in at 145 minutes, and I feel that this is the most complete cut of the film. Not too long, not too short, and all the most necessary scenes are kept in.
