Synopsis:
Bruce Wayne is forced to confront his dual nature as Batman as a brilliant megalomaniac and a psychotic district attorney wreak havoc over Gotham.
Intentions:
This edit was inspired by the abandoned editor's cut, created by Thatguywhoedits. There are two reasons I chose to make this edit. The first was to create a version that honors the editor's cut. The second was to make the best possible version of Batman Forever that can possibly be made. Cutting and trimming out the worst and most unnecessary pieces, while also keeping the best parts from the editor's cut, it is my belief that this is the most impactful version of the film to date.

Additional Notes:
My starting point was from the abandoned Editor's Cut, which was the backbone for the edit. I cut out a deleted scene or two that I felt wasn't necessary (such as the hairdresser scene). I also decided to further trim and cut out some scenes from the original theatrical version that were either implausible or added nothing to the film. Finally, I took some inspiration from the color grading of the Red Book Edition, and did my own spin by only keeping the yellow, cyan, and magenta colors of the image (with some bits and pieces of red kept in during Robin's scenes) and desaturating everything else to black-and-white to stay faithful to the comic book style of the film while also giving the film an added sense of grit that was lacking in the theatrical cut.
